COVID-19 Documents

March 17, 2020 Announcement

Due to the current situation with Covid-19 we are assessing how best to comply with the authorities and our moral and ethical values.  We have had correspondents from some of our dealers requesting that we refrain from personal contacts, and that we communicate only with phone, fax, email, etc.

Starting now we are implementing the same policy.  Our sales people will be in their offices at K & K and will assist you in any way possible via, phone, fax, e-mail etc.  We know that this will be a heavier burden on everyone.  It will be necessary for everyone including the contractors, to assist in this process so that confusion is minimized, and accuracy is obtained.

We plan to deliver on time and to continue normal factory operations both at the main plant and the K-line siding division.

We ask that you join us in being a part of the solution by creating a cleaner and more sanitary environment at work and in our homes.  We also ask for you to join us in prayer for this situation.  Thanks so much for your support, and may God bless you.

Sincerely;   K & K Ownership, management, and staff.

Addendum:  March 19, 2020

We ask that anyone that is in sales or just planning a visit to refrain from personal visits to K & K Industries.   If you have an essential need and must come into the office, use the sanitizer and remain in the front foyer for further instructions.

K & K Employees are to refrain from entering a customer’s location without permission from the customer.

Addendum: March 23, 2020

In response to the governor’s executive order, we have the OK to continue with business.  This is not business as usual.  We ask that if employees are able to work from home, they should please set up remote work stations with Greg.  We will refrain from all meetings that involve 10 or more people in one space.  We will try to identify what type construction that we are doing (if it is non-essential, we will refrain and take that up in 2 weeks).  If it is for housing etc. we may proceed.  If an employee is uncomfortable coming to work, or has any symptoms, or has had contact through traveling, work, etc. with anyone in question, please stay home. This addendum is in addition to everything else in this policy.
